EQ – Emotional Quotient – Emotional intelligence / soft skills is the ability to understand, use, and manage your emotions positively to reduce stress, communicate more effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflicts. Sixty-seven percent of the competencies needed to manage or lead others are emtionally based.
