Do you hire stupid people or do they just get stupid after working for you? Your role as a manager is to teach your people what they need to know to accomplish what you’ve hired them to do. If you aren’t – you’re robbing them of their opportunity to grow. Managers must do 3 things very well. They must be able to communicate, educate and delegate effectively. Great article by Jeff Haden.
